After successfully erasing a device, you receive a Certified Data Erasure Report. Its fields cannot be altered, ensuring report integrity and accuracy. The report includes:

Data Erasure Report
After all erasures
After completing a data erasure, you'll get a Data Erasure Report. It covers all erased devices, whether successful or not, unlike the Certified Data Erasure Report. The report includes:
- Document Information
- System Hardware information
- Storage Devices information
- Erasure information
Hardware Audit Report
Before all erasures
Before erasing a device, you get a Hardware Audit report that focuses on the hardware of your device. For internal tracking, you can customize up to five fields in this report via GUI or our Web Manager. The report includes:

Certified Verification Report
Our Certus Verification Tool can be used to verify that devices have been successfully erased. After verifying your device with our tool, you will receive a Certified Verification Report. The report includes:
- Document Information
- System Hardware information
- Job information
Digital signature
All Certus Data Erasure reports come with a unique digital signature, as a seal of authenticity. This signature confirms that the report originates from our Certus Erasure software and ensures its trustworthiness. Please note that only original reports are provided with this signature. When opening the document, the signature is automatically validated, so you can be sure that the document is unaltered.
